Works have now completed at the works for the removal of the bund and the resurfacing of area 310. The work was completed in good time by Landbuild and looks even better than hoped.
The roof works to Arlington’s unit 1 and 2 and the Main Shed have also completed; with permission from the airport we were able to get a drone up and take some aerial photos of the new roofs.
Current work on site is progressing to remove any asbestos from unit 5 before the planned demolition which is to be scheduled.
We are hoping next week to start works on the new Arlington entrance which will alleviate some traffic pressure down at gate 2.
We are hoping to submit a new planning application in the next week or so.
